Hotel Policies

Reception: Open 7am - 11pm

Check-in: 4pm

Check-out: before 11am


Smoking: We are a smoke free hotel. There is a $250 per room or $500 per cottage cleaning fee if it is discovered that a room was smoked in.


Destination Fee: All reservations will include a $20 per night resort fee which includes parking for 1 vehicle.


Pet Fee: $75 per pet, per stay.


Parking: Parking for additional vehicles is $40 per vehicle per night. A parking pass is required. No outside parking is permitted and is strictly enforced.


Party Policy: Parties or group events are strictly prohibited in rooms and cottages.


Accessibility: Please note, the hotel does not have elevators.


SMS Terms

SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.

Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.

Privacy of mobile data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the selected rate plan and the timing of your booking. Each reservation will have its specific deposit, payment, and cancellation terms clearly outlined during the booking process and in your confirmation. Depending on the rate selected, reservations may offer flexible cancellation windows or may be non-refundable. Guests are encouraged to review all terms carefully at the time of booking, as applicable policies - including any fees or forfeitures - will be enforced accordingly.
